Some items from drops have challenge bonuses on them (only seem on cosmic so far) which seem to be limited to a +1 base stat.

My vibranium ore core for Cap pre-patch was 25% RIF, invulnerability, health/spirit regen on medkit and the 400 health on hit. Post-patch the catalyst got the 418 health on hit and RIF, however 500+ [..]
