This has annoyed me since beta. When I use the Ultimate, I can't see anywhere how long it takes to use again. Is this in the game yet? Most of the time, I have to guess if the ultimate is avaliable or [..]

1% chance to deal 200k damage on a 2s cooldown? Who the hell hits anywhere near 50 times a second to make this even remotely close to useful?

is there a hidden cooldown?
it does have a 10 second duration, does that mean it will automatically refresh each time i hit with a power?
