If you have a power that is tagged melee and movement (i.e. Juggernaut Enter the Fray) and you turn on a +3% movement power and a +3% melee power synergy. Do they both affect the power? Same thing wit [..]

I just picked up the melee version of the Omega Drive. Stats are: 406 damage and +2 int after hitting with a melee power for 10 seconds, +645 health.
Would this be decent on any hero? It's not going [..]
